*24/7 managed support from Kangaroot keeps TVH's business-critical, worldwide IT systems running, day & night.*

### Our Approach

Kangaroot became that partner: not one specialist, but an entire team of Linux and open source experts TVH can call on. What started as an office-hours support contract has grown, through [Kangarun](https://kangaroot.net/kangarun), Kangaroot's managed service for open source infrastructure, into full 24/7 managed support for TVH's critical systems; alongside hands-on project work in [automation](https://kangaroot.net/automation), [observability](https://kangaroot.net/expertise/observability-monitoring) and [virtualization](https://kangaroot.net/expertise/virtualization).

### The result

TVH now has round-the-clock, managed coverage for its global operations, with the flexibility to scale extra capacity up whenever an integration project or acquisition demands it. As TVH's American entities prepare to go live on their ERP platform, that after-hours support is only becoming more critical.

> “Kangaroot has the expertise in the whole team, not one person alone. They support us day & night."”

Frederik Clement, Group ICT Infrastructure Manager at TVH
