### 1. Begin bij de vraag, niet bij de data

Datagedreven werken start niet met "welke data hebben we?" maar met "welke beslissing willen we beter maken?". Door vanuit concrete businessvragen te werken, blijft elke analyse relevant en bruikbaar.

### 2. Maak inzichten toegankelijk

Een rapport dat alleen de data-afdeling begrijpt, verandert niets. Goede dashboards spreken de taal van de gebruiker en sluiten aan op het dagelijkse werk van managers en teams.

### 3. Borg datakwaliteit

Vertrouwen is alles. Eén verkeerd getal en het hele dashboard verliest geloofwaardigheid. Datakwaliteit en governance zijn geen bijzaak maar de basis van adoptie.

### 4. Investeer in mensen

Datageletterdheid bepaalt of een organisatie écht datagedreven wordt. Door medewerkers op alle niveaus te trainen, ontstaat een cultuur waarin data vanzelfsprekend onderdeel is van elke beslissing.
