# AI Strategy & Consulting

With AI evolving faster than ever, it is crucial to stay up to date. That is why we have expanded our expertise in developing digital strategies to include a sharp insight into AI.

We don’t just help you determine what is possible with AI, but above all which applications will deliver tangible value for your organisation. At the same time, we take a critical approach and are just as likely to tell you when it’s still too early to invest. With a focus on governance, data sovereignty and the role of your own staff throughout the process.

## We understand your **challenges.**

- 1

  ### Knowing where AI can really make an impact on your business

AI can be deployed just about anywhere, but not every application delivers the same returns. Without clear prioritisation, you’ll waste time and budget on the wrong experiments.
- 2

  ### Senior expertise is in short supply

As AI agents take on more work, there is a growing need for people who can train the agents, guide them, assess their work and make the right decisions.
- 3

  ### Governance and data sovereignty

Not every AI tool can simply be deployed anywhere. Regulations, sector-specific requirements and data sovereignty all help determine which approach is feasible, particularly in the public sector or regulated environments.

## What we **offer**

![check](https://techtribes.eu/hubfs/check.svg)

### A concrete strategy, not just hype

We base our advice on what is already proven to work today, not on the latest trends.

![check](https://techtribes.eu/hubfs/check.svg)

### Prioritisation based on value

We help you prioritise your AI initiatives based on impact and feasibility, ensuring the budget is allocated to the right projects.

![check](https://techtribes.eu/hubfs/check.svg)

### Governance built in, not added as an afterthought

From EU AI Act compliance to data sovereignty: we build governance into every strategy or piece of advice right from the start.

![check](https://techtribes.eu/hubfs/check.svg)

### Proven AI expertise

Our strategists work side by side with the engineers and data specialists who will ultimately implement your AI solution effectively.

![check](https://techtribes.eu/hubfs/check.svg)

### From strategy to measurable steps

We translate an AI strategy into a concrete action plan with clear priorities – not a report that ends up in a drawer.

### 25+ years’ experience in digital strategy

We have a proven track record in developing business and IT strategies, now enhanced with a sharp focus on AI.

Trusted by industry leaders for **25+ years.**
